Target group

People who work or go to work as an executive chauffeur or bodyguard.

Goal

The student:

  • shows a save, smooth and comfortable driving style
  • shows that vehicle control, traffic insight and powers of perception and anticipation are of an amply sufficient level
  • finds the right way, with or without the use of navigation equipment
  • carries out his duties with the right attitude and discretion
  • applies the basic safety measures on his duties
  • knows the SAT 1 theory and can apply it whilst driving

Examining and certification

The exams for this training are held by examiners of CCV, an independent branch of the CBR (Dutch Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre). This certificate (CCV-D1) is a clear national standard regarding the basic driving lessons for management, government and VIP chauffeurs and accepted and valued throughout the branch in the Netherlands. Abroad the exam for this training is held by an instructor of PDS. Upon successful completion of the training PDS issues the student with a certificate PDS SAT-1.
